A note from the owner

Bringing the fun back.

I've been hunting Snow Geese for 20+ years, the last 9 working with and guiding for one of the top outfits on the East Coast. Hunting has always been more than a hobby to me. It's a passion, a way of life, and something I've spent countless hours pursuing, learning, and falling in love with.

That experience taught me what it takes to provide a quality hunt, and what hunters expect when they travel to the Eastern Shore in pursuit of waterfowl, especially the Greater Snow Goose. Now I'm taking the next step and starting an outfit of my own, with a team that shares the same love, passion and experience.

I've been hunting Snow Geese for 20+ years, with, as most of you know, the last 9 being spent working with and guiding for one of the top outfits on the East Coast. While I'm very grateful for the last 9 years, some things have happened that have led to my decision to walk away from that outfit. I could name the list of reasons, but I don't want this to be about that. Let's just say being there was becoming no longer enjoyable, and the fun was fading out of something I love and enjoy so greatly.

As anyone that knows me will tell you, hunting has always been more than just a hobby to me. It's a passion, a way of life, and something I've spent countless hours pursuing, learning, and falling in love with. From the early mornings and late nights in the field, to the hard work that goes into putting birds in front of hunters, there's nothing quite like the excitement and camaraderie that comes with a successful hunt.

Over the years, I've had the opportunity to turn that passion into experience. That experience has given me invaluable knowledge, a deeper appreciation for what it takes to provide a quality hunt, and, most importantly, an understanding of what hunters expect when they travel to the Eastern Shore in pursuit of waterfowl, especially the Greater Snow Goose.

Now, I'm excited to take the next step, to bring that fun back by starting my own outfitting business!

This offseason I have been working hard and making all the preparations to ensure the quality I'd want and expect can be delivered. First it started with the legal end of things: licensing, creating a name, a brand, a business and everything that comes with it. The LLC, the website, the social media outlets, the insurance, accounts, etc. The not-so-fun but necessary things to ensure everything is done properly and nothing is left undone.

Then I assembled a crew… a TEAM who shares the same love, passion and experience for waterfowl hunting as I do. We've been working together and with landowners to lock down and secure some of the best farms the Delmarva has to offer, and to this day we are continuing to add more.

We have also invested in ourselves and the outfit, and are happy to share that you will be hunting over the best decoys and from the best blinds in the game. This isn't a cut-corner operation. We will provide the best of the best from start to finish, ensuring your hunt and your experience with us is exactly what you were looking and hoping for.

This is something I've wanted to pursue for a long time, and I'm looking forward to building something of my own around the sport I love. My goal, my TEAM's goal, is simple: provide a genuine Eastern Shore waterfowl hunting experience built on hard work, preparation, knowledge, and a passion for putting hunters on birds.

What a lot of outfits fail to understand is that a great hunt is about more than just pulling the trigger. It's about the experience, the people you share it with, the memories made in the field, and the excitement of being part of something special. And that is exactly what we plan to deliver every time you step into a field with us.

I'm proud of the experience I've gained, excited about what lies ahead, and looking forward to welcoming hunters to be part of this new journey with us. This is more than just starting an outfitting business. It's turning a lifelong passion into something of my own that everyone who hunts with us will enjoy.

Bands, collars & bragging rights

There's nothing like spotting the flash of a band as your bird hits the ground. Greater Snow Geese on the Delmarva carry leg bands and neck collars from as far away as Greenland.

One of our favorites: a Greater Snow Goose banded in Greenland and recovered in Delaware more than 16 years later.

We'll help you report your band and learn where your bird came from. Then the trophy is yours to keep.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a hunt cost?

$300 per person for a guided morning hunt.

Why morning hunts only?

Our afternoons and evenings are spent scouting for the next day, so every morning you're set up where the birds want to be.

Where do you hunt?

All over the Delmarva, on farms in both Maryland and Delaware. In Maryland we hunt near towns like Chestertown, Centreville, Church Hill, Millington, Berlin and Snow Hill. In Delaware we hunt near Middletown, Smyrna, Dover, Milford, Georgetown, Millsboro and Selbyville. See every town we hunt.

How do deposits work?

A deposit of $100 per person, per day is required to hold your date(s). We accept Venmo and checks. Your deposit is 100% refundable if we cancel on you for lack of birds or weather conditions.

How many hunters are in a group?

It can vary. To book the entire blind, we ask for a group of 12, but we can combine multiple groups to get to 12. So no group size is too small, as long as you're OK sharing a blind with others.

Are kids and youth hunters welcome?

Always! They are the future of the sport, and we'd love to give them a memorable experience. We ask that every kid or youth hunter is accompanied by an adult or parent.

Can I bring my dog?

At this time, we don't allow people to bring their dogs. If you book a full group, it's something we can discuss to see if it's an appropriate fit. Safety is always at the top of everything we do, so with split parties we do not allow dogs at all.

Do you clean or process birds?

We don't provide bird cleaning or processing, but we're more than happy to walk you through how to do it or point you to places that process birds.

What should I bring?

All hunts take place in fields, hunting from blinds. Dress for the day's weather so you're comfortable for hours, and we always recommend knee-high rubber boots or at least waterproof boots, since fields can get muddy. Seating is provided in the blind, so no need to bring chairs or buckets. Bring all proper licenses and stamps, plus a shotgun and shells that follow current state laws. If you have specific questions, please reach out.

Do you provide lodging?

We don't provide lodging, but we can give you a central area to find a hotel or Airbnb that should be within an hour of your next day's hunt. The afternoon before your hunt, we can narrow that area down even closer.

What licenses do I need?

It depends on where you're hunting. Please make sure you have all the required licenses and stamps for that state. We can help walk you through the process of what's needed.

Can I hunt on Sunday?

Yes, but Sunday hunting is only available in Delaware.

When are the seasons?

Please refer to the Maryland DNR and Delaware DNREC websites for current season dates.

Where can I find the latest updates?
